Discounts & Savings for 2011
No VAT Increase (2.5%)
As of 4th of January 2011 the UK Government increased the standard rate of VAT from 17.5% to 20%, PHC have decided to swallow this VAT increase to help keep our prices low for as long as possible.
Discount Coupons (5% to 15%) - Now Automatically applied at Checkout
To help make spending more rewarding, PHC have devised a discount scheme for use against most items on our website, whereby the more you spend the more you save.
Coupons are now automatically calculated at checkout, however if you have a valid coupon which you prefer to use, you can cancel the automatic discount & redeem your coupon by entering the correct coupon code (shown below) at the bottom of the Shopping Basket Page or by calling 01255 221 655 with your order details.
- There are only a few products in our online catalogue which these coupons can not be redeem against, these products are currently the JVC & Sony projectors (as at Feb2011) and any other item that clearly states (No coupons allowed on this product), if your order includes these items please call us so we can process your order manually.
- Any customer using a discount coupon not applicable to their order value will be expected to pay the difference between the incorrect coupons, if you do not wish to rectify the difference, PHC reserve the right to cancel your order, refunding all monies that have processed.
- Coupons can be withdrawn amended / without notice.
Debit Card Payment Discounts (1.25%)
All prices on our website include our costs incurred for processing a credit card payment, this is currently a % of the total order value, however any payments by debit card have a reduced processing charge for which we pass on to automatically when you pay by debit card or bank transfer.
Loyalty Cash back (1%)
After you have completed your 1st order with PHC, all subsequent orders will be eligible for our 1% Loyalty Refund of the total value paid, customers can apply within 30 days of ordering by email for the 1% Refund back onto their payment card.
- Only 1 loyalty refund request can be accepted per order.
- Refund requests after 30 days may be rejected.
- Any customer refunds due to product returns, cancellations etc will never be more than original value paid.
